The Federico Prades Award for Young Economists, granted by the AEB Foundation and the Spanish Banking Association in memory of its chief economist for thirty years, has been awarded in its third edition to José Abad for his work on “The Use of Bank Capital Buffers: The Role of Market Expectations.”
Federico Prades Prize for Young Economists
The Spanish Banking Association and the AEB Foundation announce the third edition of this award in memory of their former Economic Advisor. To be eligible for this award, which carries a prize of 20,000 euros, researchers must be under 40 years of age as of December 31, 2021, whether applying individually or as part of a team.
