AEB launches “Your Money and You”, an online course to promote financial education
The Spanish Banking Association (AEB) and its Foundation have launched, with the support of their member banks, a new e-learning financial education program on the occasion of Financial Education Week. “Your Money and You” aims to disseminate basic knowledge to enable young people to manage their money and personal finances.
Federico Prades Award for Young Economists
The Spanish Banking Association and the AEB Foundation are launching the first Federico Prades Award for Young Economists, endowed with €25,000, in memory of the person who served as AEB’s Economic Adviser for more than 20 years and made a decisive contribution to laying the foundations of modern economic analysis in Spain.
AEB awards prizes for its first youth financial innovation camp
Five students from Santa María del Camino School have won the first prize in the Financial Innovation Camp, organized by the Spanish Banking Association, where 70 4th-year ESO students designed mobile applications with the aim of fostering healthy financial attitudes and decisions among young people.
AEB organises the first financial innovation camp for young people
More than 70 students in Years 10 and 11 have designed an application today to make it easier for young people their age to take financial decisions. At this Innovation Camp, participants put into practice the knowledge acquired through the Tus Finanzas-Tu Futuro programme promoted by AEB, Junior Achievement Foundation and AEB Foundation.
