CUNEF S.L.’s Board of Directors has agreed today, at the proposal of the AEB Foundation, to appoint Antonio Rodríguez-Pina as Chairman of the company following Álvaro Cuervo’s retirement. During the meeting, Board members thanked Álvaro Cuervo for his dedication to CUNEF, both for his contribution to the development of the Affiliated Centre and for his leadership in the process of transforming it into a private university, under the criteria of excellence, specialisation and internationalisation.

Volunteers from 19 banks honoured for their commitment to financial education
The president of the Spanish Banking Association (AEB), José María Roldán, and the manager of the Junior Achievement Spain Foundation, Blanca Narváez, have presented awards to volunteers from the 19 banks that participated in the five editions of the financial education program ‘Your finances, your future’, whose content has already reached more than 35,700 students in schools across Spain.
The AEB Foundation awards the Federico Prades Prize for Young Economists
The President of the AEB Foundation, Miguel Martín, and the President of the Spanish Banking Association, José Mª Roldán, today presented the first Federico Prades Award for Young Economists to María Rodríguez Moreno and Sergio Mayordomo Gómez, at an event that featured the participation of the President of the National Securities Market Commission, Sebastián Albella.
