The Foundation of the Spanish Banking Association (AEB), UCI Unión de Créditos Inmobiliarios, and Fundación Prodis are working together to provide the most vulnerable groups with useful tools for their day-to-day lives. Our alliance demonstrates the banking sector’s commitment to inclusion and equal opportunities. The agreement includes the transfer of educational materials from UCI and Prodis for the AEB Foundation’s volunteer programme, focused on improving personal autonomy and society’s well-being.

The banking sector and Correos bring cash closer to rural areas

Two years ago, the banking industry signed a General Collaboration Protocol with Correos to facilitate financial inclusion in sparsely populated areas of Spain. This agreement makes the Correos Cash service available to the sector, allowing for cash withdrawals and deposits through more than 4,600 service points and 6,000 rural mail carriers providing home delivery. Our goal is to ensure that everyone, regardless of their place of residence, has access to cash, as is the case for Angelines.
