We know that "the relationship with money is part of our daily lives, from a grandparent's pocket money to knowing how to differentiate between needs and wants." For this reason, in collaboration with the Junior Achievement Foundation, we organized two workshops at the Bank of Spain's offices in Valladolid and Badajoz with teachers to share initiatives and practices for conveying the importance of financial education to their students—an initiative we now wish to extend to primary school students. These were two very interesting sessions where we realized the great challenge, but also the great opportunity, involved in educating the youngest children on this subject.
