Your Finances in the Community is a financial education program promoted by La Fundación AEB and the Spanish Banking Association in collaboration with Junior Achievement Foundation. It is aimed at primary school students, pupils between 9 and 12 years of age. Its objective is to introduce basic concepts about the use of money, saving, and responsible decision-making from the earliest school stages.
The program is delivered in the participating educational centers and taught by teachers.
To facilitate learning, it is supported by a gamified digital application that offers explanatory videos and interactive games. These resources enable students to understand the concepts in a practical and enjoyable way.
This tool has been very well received both by educational centers, where teachers state that it is an effective, dynamic, and engaging way to teach basic finance to children, and by the students themselves, who enjoy learning while reviewing fundamental concepts.
