Carlos Bastarreche, new external advisor to AEB and CECA for European affairs
Carlos Bastarreche is a Spanish diplomat with extensive European experience dating back to 1979. Between 2002 and 2010, he served as the Ambassador Permanent Representative of Spain to the European Union. He has also served as Spain’s Ambassador to France and the United Kingdom.
