Banks work to bring financial education closer

Banks understand how important financial education is at any stage of life. Therefore, we are committed to facilitating access for all individuals to financial and digital knowledge through all available channels. This episode demonstrates our work to bring financial education closer to all groups, through initiatives such as the Financial and Digital Classroom, a web platform that reflects the commitment made with the signing of the Strategic Protocol to Strengthen the Social and Sustainable Commitment of Banking. Our goal is to make economic concepts more understandable and provide information to help all individuals make responsible financial decisions. From the Spanish Banking Association (AEB) and CECA, we work together to ensure complete financial inclusion in our country. This video series ‘Solutions for Everyone, Solutions for You’ demonstrates the banking sector’s collective effort to improve access to financial services throughout Spain. #SolucionesParaTi
The banking sector adapts to your needs and habits. “Solutions for everyone, solutions for you”

As banking institutions, we pursue a common goal: for financial inclusion to reach 100% of people. This is already the case for 98% of the population and, for this reason, we promote the development of solutions that adapt to everyone’s habits and needs, regardless of their circumstances, age, or place of residence. On this occasion, we show how banking institutions make different services available to their customers, such as personalised telephone support or in-person service through our account managers in branches across the country, so that everyone has the same ease of access. We work together to achieve full financial inclusion. This video series, «Solutions for everyone, solutions for you», is an example of the banking sector’s shared effort to improve access to financial services throughout the country, leaving no one behind.
The banking sector’s commitment to all municipalities. ‘Solutions for all, solutions for you’

As banking institutions, we aim to contribute to territorial cohesion and the economic development of individuals and businesses, particularly in rural areas. This episode highlights the importance of rural areas having access to physical and tailored solutions for all. Aware of the concern in certain parts of rural Spain regarding the need to withdraw cash, banking institutions are working towards full financial inclusion through ATMs and financial agents. Furthermore, we forge alliances that facilitate access to basic financial services, such as the agreement with Correos for the use of the Correos Cash service. From the Spanish Banking Association (AEB) and CECA, we work together to achieve complete financial inclusion. This video series, “Solutions for all, solutions for you,” demonstrates the banking sector’s collective effort to improve access to financial services nationwide.
