The banking sector adapts to your needs and habits. “Solutions for everyone, solutions for you”

As banking institutions, we pursue a common goal: for financial inclusion to reach 100% of people. This is already the case for 98% of the population and, for this reason, we promote the development of solutions that adapt to everyone’s habits and needs, regardless of their circumstances, age, or place of residence. On this occasion, we show how banking institutions make different services available to their customers, such as personalised telephone support or in-person service through our account managers in branches across the country, so that everyone has the same ease of access. We work together to achieve full financial inclusion. This video series, «Solutions for everyone, solutions for you», is an example of the banking sector’s shared effort to improve access to financial services throughout the country, leaving no one behind.
