Since 2015, the French Banking Federation (FBF) has held the “Invite a Banker to Class” campaign, in which industry professionals visit classrooms with the aim of teaching children aged 8 to 11 very simple financial concepts through fun board games.
In this way, children become aware of the importance of managing their budget, understanding different payment methods, and reflecting on the different ways they can act when making a purchase. The games are simple boards where children advance square by square by correctly answering a question related to financial situations in their daily lives.
