Since 2015, finance has been part of the Danish education curriculum in both primary and secondary school. This is an initiative of the Danish Government, supported by other organisations in the sector such as the Danish Bankers Association (DBA), which in turn has created countless educational resources to promote knowledge of the sector from an early age, including the interactive game Vismandsspillet, which helps people understand the economy of the Nordic country.
However, it is not only the Danish Bankers Association that is committed to financial education. Parliament has promoted the creation of a public financial information service that helps citizens resolve their questions about finance. This service, called The Money and Pension Panel (MPP), has also launched a mobile app that allows users to manage their budgets.
