The AEB President wishes to clarify that in his intervention at the course “The Euro Crisis,” organized by APIE and UIMP, he merely pointed out that the risk of a euro breakup had increased over the past year, no longer being a mere possibility. It is to be hoped, however, that the European Authorities will adopt the necessary decisions to prevent this undesirable eventuality from occurring.
The AEB President made it very clear yesterday that Spain must remain in the Euro at all costs and align its economic policy with this priority objective.
