The Spanish Banking Association (AEB) wishes to inform that this morning it held a meeting at the PSOE headquarters in Madrid with Ms. Inmaculada Rodríguez-Piñero, Secretary of Economic Policy and Employment of the PSOE, who was accompanied by members of her Expert Committee on mortgage matters.
The meeting allowed the AEB to learn firsthand the PSOE’s position on mortgage issues. For its part, the AEB stated that it considers it essential to address the social problems caused by the economic crisis and also stressed the need for any legal changes proposed in our mortgage system to continue allowing millions of Spanish families access to housing.
