It is aimed primarily at older people and other groups at risk of digital exclusion. Its goal is to provide practical training that enables participants to navigate digital environments with greater confidence, with practical examples such as how to make a Bizum transfer, use the bank\u2019s virtual customer service assistant, or check the digital correspondence sent by the bank.  <\/p>\n\n<p>The Spanish Banking Association and the AEB Foundation collaborate on this programme through a specific module on digital banking. This module helps older people learn about and use safely the technological tools offered by banking institutions. <\/p>\n\n<p>During the sessions, both in person and online, participants learn to communicate with their bank and manage their finances through digital channels.
