Its main purpose is to bring technology closer to this demographic, offering them the necessary tools to use it safely, confidently, and autonomously, thereby improving their quality of life and active participation in the digital society. <\/p>\n\n<p>The initiative is promoted by the Spanish Banking Association (AEB), the AEB Foundation, and the Cibervoluntarios Foundation, and has been supported by the Ministry of Social Rights, Consumer Affairs, and Agenda 2030 since its creation in 2018. This public-private collaboration has enabled it to reach thousands of people across Spain, promoting digital inclusion as a fundamental right and a key element against isolation and the generational gap. <\/p>\n\n<p>The program offers both in-person and online training, adapted to the pace and level of the participants. The sessions address practical aspects of using mobile devices and tablets, such as making video calls, managing banking operations, requesting medical appointments, making online purchases, or accessing cultural and leisure content on the internet. All of this is delivered with a clear, accessible approach focused on the real needs of users.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Additionally, Expertclick provides participants with a personalized telephone helpline, exclusively for older adults who need to resolve technological queries.
