Among its most important functions is also the appointment of the Secretary General at the President\u2019s proposal, and reviewing and approving all matters to be submitted to the General compliance with the general guidelines for the Association\u2019s actions set by the General Assembly, and overseeing compliance with the resolutions adopted by the Assembly and by the other governing bodies.<\/p><p>It also legally represents the Association in all types of acts and before any natural or legal persons, public or private.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div Presidency has been held by Alejandra Kindel\u00e1n, who has taken on the goal of strengthening the banking sector\u2019s contribution to the economy and bringing banking ever closer to society.
