The Spanish Banking Association and the trade unions signatory to the Banking Collective Bargaining Agreement, CCOO, UGT, and FINE, based on the conclusions obtained from the Sectoral Observatory, have agreed to convene the Collective Bargaining Agreement Negotiating Committee with the aim of reaching salary agreements that help mitigate the effects of inflation on the sector’s employees.<\/p>\n
The parties agree on the necessity of this meeting, at a time when the Collective Bargaining Agreement is fully in force, due to the exceptional circumstances that are present and affect the sector’s workforce.<\/p>\n
AEB and the trade unions CCOO, UGT, and FINE have held various meetings in recent months to jointly analyze the situation and try to share diagnoses and possible solutions to address it in the best way, a common objective that led to the convocation of the Sectoral Observatory last June.<\/p>\n
