Cybercriminals use different techniques to impersonate official organisations; however, they sometimes overlook certain details that give them away. For example, email addresses that do not match the organisations\u2019 official addresses.  <\/li>\n<li>Always install apps from official sources such as Google Play or Apple\u2019s App Store, where you will always find your bank\u2019s official apps verified. In addition, these platforms have security systems and filters to prevent any operator from making fraudulent apps available to their customers. <\/li>\n<li>Finally, never share your confidential data. If, when you receive an email of this kind, you are asked at any point in the process to provide your passwords, access codes or bank card details, be careful\u2014it is a scam.
