We thank and support all banking employees who, in their roles, are working to mitigate the effects of this health crisis caused by the coronavirus. In this exceptional situation, clients continue to have all banking services at their disposal, both through the part of the branch network that remains open, with its ATMs, and through telephone operations and digital banking. These channels have been significantly reinforced in recent days to serve consumers who can carry out their transactions from home. <\/p>\n

Ensuring client safety has always been a priority for the banking sector, but in these times, it is even more so. Authorities have established a lockdown for the population in their homes, except for specific exceptional reasons.
