Through industry-wide initiatives and those of individual banks, the financial sector has a key role to play in helping to improve consumers\u2019 financial education, enabling them to make informed decisions for their long-term financial security.  BPFI actively participates in the field of financial education through its long-standing relationship with the Business Studies Teachers&#8217; Association of Ireland (BSTAI).<\/p>\n<p>www.BusinessEducation.ie is an online resource for teachers and students in the senior cycle of business studies, economics and accounting. Jointly developed by BPFI and the Business Studies Teachers Association of Ireland (BSTAI), the website offers a range of learning resources for teachers and students to use in the classroom or at home. <\/p>\n<p>Each year, BPFI also organises the Financial Education Stakeholders Forum, bringing together representatives with an interest in financial education to discuss policy and practice in the field.
