In his speech at the event on the future of the financial sector organized by REDI, the Business Network for LGTBI Diversity and Inclusion, Rold\u00e1n stated that, \u201cjust as risk diversification prevents problems and losses, diversity minimizes risks and errors,\u201d which always benefits the companies that promote it.<\/p>\n
Diversity, he indicated, is like a plant that needs care and vigilance to prevent its deterioration. \u201cFor the future, my wish is that this plant will not require special care, but just a little water to keep growing,\u201d he said in his address at the event organized in collaboration with BBVA. <\/p>\n
In his opinion, a company, especially a service company, must reflect the way of being and communicating of the society it serves. It \u201cmust also strive to attract the best talent and seek it wherever it may be. It is a mistake to hinder that search.\u201d <\/p>\n
