This was explained by Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda Rold\u00e1n, President of the Spanish Banking Association (AEB), at the fifteenth high-level conference of the Basel Committee (BCBS-FSI) held in Cape Town. <\/p>\n<p>With the digital revolution, the new operational resilience framework for banks requires a new approach to not only risk management, but also regulation and supervision, as well as the way regulators and regulated entities interact.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The new world implies new challenges. We may need a new regulatory agreement.
